Simply the best friction reducer on the market, this revolutionary proprietary chemical bridges the gap between friction and cleaning and covers all three parts of the process:

~ Lowers pump pressure

~ Lubricates the pipe contact

~ Provides complete suspension for sand

This product provides a ten-fold improvement in frictional pipe contact, reducing drag and allowing the pipe to be conveyed further into the wellbore. In addition, it provides total suspension for sand with a low funnel viscosity and keeps pump pressures within the same ranges as the friction reducer alone.

~ Designed to work at bottom hole temperatures (BHT) in excess of 400˙F

~ Product performance is not effected by chlorides or saturated flowback waters

~ This liquid concentrate provides improved mix dispersion with limited agitation

Completion Beads

Specially designed to be spotted in the wellbore radius at the beginning of completion operations, these beads statically attach to the interior of the casing providing continued lubrication for pipe movement when pipe friction reducers are not being pumped. Crush strengths of 15,000 psi.

~ Designed to work at bottom hole temperatures (BHT) in excess of 400˙F

~ Withstands chloride contents ranging from 35,000 ppm to 45,000 ppm for stock mix fluids

~ This liquid concentrate provides improved mix dispersion with limited agitation

~ This product can be delivered in either buckets or totes depending on your requirements

CoilChem FR1205

Friction Reducer

Specially designed to reduce pipe drag generated from point loading or wall contact during coiled tubing and work-over pipe movement. This product is designed to provide lubrication between steel surfaces and is pumped during pipe movement to allow extended horizontal depths to be achieved.

~ Designed to work at bottom hole temperatures (BHT) in excess of 400˙F

~ Withstands chloride contents ranging from 35,000 Ppm to 45,000 Ppm for stock mix fluids

~ This liquid concentrate provides improved mix dispersion with limited agitation
